William makes us laugh

William is doing better with potty training, but doesn't always WANT to go. Someone suggested we have his stuffed animal go, and that would make him want to go. It DOES work, but not because he thinks it's funny. It makes him very angry tha...t monkey would even THINK of using his potty. We don't use it every time, but it is a helpful technique when William refuses to go.

Here he doesn't get mad, but he does come with me. He is not taking any chances of finding Gorilla sitting on his potty.

William isn't sure who should be sitting the baby chair, but it better NOT be dog.

The stuffed animals at your house experience some tough love, I see.

Yes they do! I tell you, Gloria (lady that helps us with house cleaning) said that it's very easy to potty train - "show him his teddy bear or favorite stuffed animal using the potty, and he will want to use it too." OK, yeah, but not exactly how she was saying...

So funny!! Although I'm not sold on the "easy potty training" idea! None of my boys were easy to potty train, and I'm impressed that you can get William to go when he's wearing a diaper (I guess the threat of a stuffed animal using his potty is pretty serious, though!). Annie is doing well with pooping in the potty, but we are still struggling with getting her to pee in the toilet 100% of the time (I pretty much constantly remind her). We just let her wear cotton underwear, though, because she has NO motivation to go to the bathroom if she's wearing a diaper or pull-up.
