This is one of the many awful screens I currently get on my phone. It also flashes sometimes, randomly dials people, hangs up for no reason, and restarts over and over. Now it no longer functions as a telephone. I can tell that you're calling, but there's no sound when I answer. I can call you, but you won't hear anything when I do. So, if you need to reach me, do it by text or email for now. I hope to have a new phone by the end of the coming week.

I agree. I was hoping my new phone would arrive today, but it isn't looking like it.
